Look into my eyes ...

This is silly but quite clever. Then again I'm rather simple about these things - you'll undoubtedly work it out much faster than I did. Sorry it's a bit blurry, but that's the best way to view David Copperfield in my opinion.

**Warning - Don't look into his eyes for too long, or you'll fall in love with him.

This is great!! how did he know??? :)))

I'm watching tennis, missing the UK and my Sky remote... Sigh; oh for the days of the red button!

Ah yes, Wimbledon is here again - AND the sun is shining for a change :o) Have a big cup of tea and imagine ...

I would tell you how he did it, but I'd have to kill you. Or you'd have to make me a cup of tea. Up to you.

Ah yes I've seen this before! David Copperfield? Bit of an odd chap really, isn't he? Sort of makes my shiver a bit when I look at his promo professionally shot and doctored photo's!

That's clever. I thought it so amazing that I sent it to my aunt, who told me how it was done instantly.

I don't get it! I think I must be having a really stoopid day.

Very good. My indecision helped with that one, as I couldn't choose between two cards (!!) so, having been amazed, I then thought 'What if I'd picked the other one?'. Aha!

PS I can see that word count creeping up! Good on you - finishing post in sight!

Tell your aunt she has company, Debs. Spotted it straight away.

Karen - blurry is MUCH the best way to view him. Blurry and from 500 miles away even better.

V clever.

Well I was impressed.

I am genuinely confused. This is gonna irritate me now! Will someone be kind enough to put me out of my misery?

Lane Mathias said...

I'd tell you how it's done but magic circle oaths and all...:-)

That's spooky! Are the other cards more blurry? But with my eyesight, plus a couple of glasses of wine, they all look as blurry to me. So why did I choose that one? I've just dragged my husband away from Jurassic Park to have a go, and it worked for him as well.

Spooky! It's just a shame he can't spell the word 'straight' ...

And now I've got the pedantic bit out of my system, I've had another look and spotted how he did it. Oh glee.

Jean said...

Oh, yes. I've just figured it out.

No way!!!! How? Will have to work on this one. I'm sure he must be in my head; he is beautiful, isn't he!?

It took me a while - I fell in love with him and I sussed it! And it's only 5.30am! Clearly going to be a good day.

By jove, look at your word count you clever lady! :-)))

Rather a delayed reaction on my part, but I did get it. Phew. I don't like to admit my friend Jan is cleverer than I am, but she is.

Thanks for kind and encouraging comment on my blog, Karen.

Easy!
(When you know how)

It's magic - as is the upward movement of your word counter!

Jen said...

Oh my word! I might have to give up my Paul McKenna fixation and invite David Copperfield round for tea instead?

Freaky.

Might go and do it again and choose a different one!

I'm impressed - I got it and I can never usually work these things out. Hoorah! Although I did have to peer very closely & triple check before I was sure. So maybe not as sharp as a chef's knife but as sharp as the rather blunt knives in my knife block. Hoorah! Kat :-)

Kath McGurl said...

Very clever! Had to do it twice to get it, mind!

Cheryl said...

I ashamed i fell for this. I showed my Dad and he put me straight lol

Karen said...

In case anyone hasn't worked it out, the bottom set of cards is completely different from the top set, so of course your card is missing ... all of them are!

I had to look it up though (blush)

Wow what a hunk! Hope you're enjoying your weekend.

Oh dear, I think I should have gone to Specsavers - my card didn't disappear, until I squinted a bit and realised that what I thought was the Queen of Spades in the top picture was actually the Queen of Clubs!
Damn, thought I'd beaten the system for a minute...

Good news on the word count, keep at it :-)

yvonne - I hope you were being ironic :o)

tam - The whole thing was a bit blurry really, which didn't help - or maybe it did!

Oh dear. I am getting very concerned about my stupidity. Thank you for explaining it.
