Concept Album MeMe

This is fun - completely pointless, and nothing to do with writing, but fun. What would your concept album be?

01. Click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

The first article title on the page is the name of your band.

02. Click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3

The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.

The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

Here's mine...

THE OUTFORCE

Because I Might Be Wrong

Almost makes me want to go out and clinch a record deal. If only I could play the guitar properly...

*********************************************

Air kisses to Tomfoolery for this rather smashing Busy Bee Award, which I definitely don't deserve, but will accept anyway because I'm greedy like that. I'm going to pass it on to Cally, A.Writer and SallyQ for the guilt-inducing amount of writing, editing and subbing they seem to be cramming into every day, while I waft about eating flapjacks. I'm in awe.

Great album title:-)

'Concept Album'. Now there's a phrase I haven't heard for a while!

Thank you! xx I'm not sure if I deserve this award but like you I'll accept it anyway! No seriously, thank you! Means a lot!

Thanks for the award, Karen.

I can't show the picture, but I tried your meme and my concept album is by a group called Dick Cunningham and is called Invest in Humanity. I quite like that.

Oh, I love this and I would soooo buy your album.

My group will be called The Swan, the album is called 'Around Some Other Way', which I quite like. Sadly my cover photo is a crocus which whilst very pretty, seems a little inappropriate for a concept album. I prefer your cover!

Oooh thanks Karen :o)

My concept album would be by a band called Smilacaceae.

The title would be "Become famous without ability"

And the picture would be of two women looking at artwork (I really wanted the first photo, of someone with their feet up next to a tv showing an image of someone with their feet up watching TV which I thought was a much more fitting photo for the album title!)

My band's called Eragon, the album's Quite A Different Kind, and the cover is a fab photo of lightning over Sydney Opera House. Off to be signed by Simon Cowell immediately.

My career as a rock star is over before it has even begun. My band is the snappily titled 'List of tites and honours of Charles Prince of Wales', our album is the enigmatic 'Eye and Denying It' and the cover is of a small child in a flowery hat. Not even in the concept album heaven of the seventies could this outfit have made it.

I've had another go ... this is addictive. My group is called Mechanome (sounds like a seventies rock band), my album is 'That Word Is Love' (cool eh?) and my picture is of a kingfisher with a tiny fish in it's mouth. I'm not quite sure what to make of that, but I do like the title of my new album.

There are some really good titles in there! Quite addictive :o)

Typical... I get-

Bärbel Struppert
Except, Of Course, Language

And a picture of a mountain!

I like yours though... sounds like a proper group/album.
