Gah! Radiator leaks... good job they sell that paint-on leak sealer these days.

I agree with Tommo, stop and have a break. Eat copious amounts of cake and then carry on.
Best of luck, I know how it all feels when this DIY lark drags on. It'll all be well worth it in the end though.

Right. We're more or less back on track. The bloody floorboards still aren't down, but at least the radiators are sorted!
