Season's Greetings

It usually happens around this time. I go into panic-mode. There're still presents to get, there's food to buy, flies to kill (why are we inundated with flies at the moment??) friends to visit in order to drop off presents that are yet to be bought, and a mother to collect from Up North, who'll be staying until the New Year.

There's no time for reading, writing or blogging.

Having said that, Mother lies in until ten each morning (she stays up late) so I'm hoping to wake up early and sneak a couple of hours on Netbook while she's here. Mind you, best laid plans and all that...

In the meantime, have a wonderful Christmas lovely readers xxxx

I'm pondering the thought of Christmas at this very moment by scoffing SIX, yes SIX, lovely chocolate biscuits which keep saying EAT ME! EAT ME! The porridge is boiling nicely on the stove. Have a good one m'dear Tommox

What is it with the flies? We've got them too. Do you think they're the Spirit of Christmas Past?:-)

Merry Christmas Karen, Lovely Husband, The Teens, Your Mum and of course Molly Dog. xx

And we have flies too, although the big fat one has been strangely silent so far today (that's a fly, not my husband).

Merry Christmas, hope you get everything sorted :-)

I'm rewriting my rewritten lists, and trying to cross bits and pieces off as I go.

Hope you have a wonderful Christmas. x

Happy Christmas don't worry about the blogging. We'll all be too busy to post or read much I should think.

Hope you had a great day, Karen!

Love the cartoon. I get an ironing board cover wrapped up for me every year - the same one. I iron so infrequently I haven't worn out the old one so haven't needed to put the new one on. It has a life-sized picture of a naked man sprawled across the board. Too yummy to actually use.
